Abstract
Mazkur maqolada raqamli texnologiyalar rivojlanishi sharoitida mutolaa madaniyatining o‘zgarishi, uning ijtimoiy va pedagogik ahamiyati hamda zamonaviy muammolari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, yoshlar orasida kitobxonlik darajasining pasayish sabablari, axborot muhitining mutolaaga ta’siri va elektron hamda an’anaviy o‘qishning o‘zaro aloqasi ilmiy asosda yoritiladi. Muallif tomonidan mutolaa madaniyatini rivojlantirishning samarali yo‘llari va istiqbollari ko‘rsatib beriladi.
