Abstract

Ushbu maqola XXI asrning eng dolzarb texnologik hodisasi - Sun’iy intellekt (SI) inqilobi va uning global mehnat bozori hamda iqtisodiy barqarorlikka ta’sirini tahlil qiladi. Muallif SI texnologiyalarining ish o‘rinlarini avtomatlashtirish (Substitution effect) va inson salohiyatini kengaytirish (Augmentation effect) xususiyatlarini o‘zaro qiyoslaydi. Maqolada kognitiv va jismoniy rutin ishlarning qisqarishi, malaka polarizatsiyasi hamda daromadlar tengsizligining ortishi kabi fundamental xavflar asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, reshoring jarayonlari va davlatlar o‘rtasidagi "raqamli devor" muammolari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Yakunda ijtimoiy inqirozning oldini olish uchun universal bazaviy daromad, "robot solig‘i" va umrbod ta’lim kabi strategik yechimlar taklif etiladi.
