Abstract
This article explores the conceptual and practical frameworks of developing professional-educational competencies in students through the implementation of a differential approach. The study presents an experimental model designed to individualize learning trajectories, optimize skill acquisition, and enhance cognitive and practical proficiency among future educators. By integrating differentiated pedagogical strategies, diagnostic assessment tools, and iterative feedback mechanisms, the model aims to accommodate diverse learning styles, prior knowledge, and competency levels. The research employs a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative measures of competence development with qualitative evaluations of learner engagement and pedagogical efficacy.
