Abstract
Ovqatdan zaharlanish – oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarida mavjud bo‘lgan biologik, kimyoviy yoki fizik zararli moddalar sababli inson organizmida paydo bo‘ladigan patologik holatdir. Ushbu mavzu oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi, zaharlanishning sabablari, belgilari, oldini olish choralarini o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Zaharlanishning tezkor aniqlanishi va malakali tibbiy yordam ko‘rsatish muhim ahamiyatga ega.
