Abstract
Mazkur tezisda tijorat banklarida mijozlarni jalb qilish xarajatlarini (Customer Acquisition Cost – CAC) muvofiqlashtirish va ularning samaradorligini baholash masalalari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda marketing xarajatlari, yangi mijozlar oqimi va mijozning umriy qiymati (CLV) o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, CAC va CLV ko‘rsatkichlari asosida bank faoliyatining iqtisodiy samaradorligi baholandi. Natijada mijozlarni jalb qilish xarajatlarini optimallashtirish va raqamli marketing strategiyalarini takomillashtirish zarurligi asoslab berildi.
